Many times, 8.5 x 11 is the most efficient size to print your document at an economic rate.
If printing several copies of a document or a document of substantial page count, consider printing black and white to save a significant amount on printing costs.
Make sure to give instructions on which (if any) pages are to be printed double or single sided.
If the document has multiple pages, be certain that the document is in the correct order before sending to print.
