Answers to all of the questions related to your printing projects.

Payment

We accept credit cards, checks, or exact cash payments. Full Payment is required upon pick-up, or prior to delivery or shipping. A 50% deposit is required for all projects exceeding $250.00 and the balance is due prior to pick-up, delivery, or shipping.

Delivery & Shipping

We have a number of delivery and shipping options available. While pick-up is preferred, we’ll happily messenger or ship to you directly. Please note, delivery is an additional cost and a quote can be provided upon request. All projects must be paid in full in order to be released for delivery.

Project Pick-up

Finished projects can be picked up once a project completion notice has been received. Projects can be picked up from Printworks Monday through Friday from 10AM through 5PM. Please note, all projects must be paid in full in order to be released. Occasionally, street parking at Printworks can be difficult. If you have difficulty parking or prefer contactless pick-up, please call us and we’ll happily deliver directly to your car.

Turnaround

Most projects are eligible for two-day (48 Hour) turnaround. Some orders confirmed prior to 11:00AM may be eligible for same day pick-up. Turnaround time may increase based on the size and scope of your project. Your project manager will communicate an estimated turnaround time when placing your order.

Artwork Submission

Art for printing can be submitted directly to your project manager or via [email protected] and we will confirm that we've received it.
